Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative (ADI)
The goal of this program is to assist and support First Nations community members living with diabetes and those at risk of developing diabetes through education, health promotion and screening. The aim to reduce diabetes and it’s complications in our community by promoting healthy lifestyles.

- Helping clients to recognize the possibility of living well with diabetes and preventing complications.
- Ability to increase awareness and availability of healthy choices to the community level.
