Occupational Therapist: weekly

Services in Home Care:

• In home assessments
• Assess functional abilities
• Environmental assessments
• Assess for barriers, safety issues
• Assessment for adaptive aids and specialized equipment
• Manual & power wheelchairs
• Walkers, standing frames
• Bathroom/ADL, supports
• Installation & Instruction on use of equipment
• Assessment/Provision/Referrals for; custom footwear, custom orthotics/inserts & custom splints/AFO’s

Audiologist: monthly

Orthotic Abilities: Monthly: last Monday of every month

Foot Care Clinic Day: every Wednesday of the month.

Home Care Nurses will be holding regular foot/nail care clients. Non Home Care clients are welcome.
